French‑Speaking Sales Development Representative

About the role

BizAway is looking for a motivated French‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join its fast‑growing B2B scale‑up. You will help expand the company’s presence in the French market by generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prospect new clients in the French market.
• Run outbound campaigns via email, phone and other channels.
• Present BizAway’s travel‑management solution to office managers, travel managers, HR directors and other stakeholders.
• Propose actions, strategies and campaigns to improve the sales process and drive growth.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Executives and the wider sales team in a feedback loop.

Required profile

• Native‑level French and good command of English.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role or a recent graduate in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism or related fields.
• Strong hunger for challenges, proactive attitude and flexibility in a fast‑changing environment.
• Legal right to work in Spain (NIE, TIE, Spanish bank account, social security number, etc.).
