French‑Speaking Sales Development Representative

About the role

Games Workshop is looking for a proactive French‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join its B2B sales team in Barcelona. You will be the first point of contact for potential retail partners, introducing them to the Warhammer universe and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads and manage a sales pipeline through cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Engage retailers, present product offerings, and tailor proposals to meet their business needs.
• Handle objections, build trust, and convert prospects into long‑term partners.
• Collaborate with the global trade strategy to meet regional sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Full business proficiency in French and fluent English.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and active‑listening skills.
• Higher‑education qualification completed.

• Annual OTE of €40,600 (basic €35,000 + commission).
