French‑Speaking Travel Advisor (Barcelona)

About the role

Click&Boat, Europe’s leading boat‑rental marketplace, is looking for a French‑speaking Travel Advisor to join its Barcelona office. You will work within the French market of the Sales team, helping customers find and book the perfect boat experience while collaborating closely with Supply and Customer Care colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Understand French‑speaking clients’ needs and guide them through the boat‑search process.
• Negotiate competitive rates with boat owners to secure the best deals for customers.
• Manage warm leads from the pipeline, applying sales strategies to maximise conversion.
• Support customers throughout the booking journey, providing all necessary information and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and receive rewards for over‑performance.
• Work at least one Saturday per month, with a compensatory day off to maintain a two‑day weekend.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• 1–2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a marketplace or travel context.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle autonomously, from prospecting to closing and upselling.
• Team‑player attitude, initiative‑driven and focused on customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Fluency in French and English.
