Front Desk Receptionist – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Receptionist and become the first point of contact for our guests. You will play a pivotal role in delivering the brand promise of "Every Moment Matters" by ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle reservations.
• Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
• Promote hotel services and upsell amenities when appropriate.
• Support the Front Office team in daily operations to guarantee smooth workflow.
