Front Office Supervisor

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to join its Front Office team. You will supervise and support the reception team and make sure front desk operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a flawless check-in and check-out process.
• Look after guests throughout their stay.
• Liaise with other hotel departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
• Supervise and support the reception team.
• Monitor adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
• Support the training and onboarding of new colleagues.
• Handle administrative tasks related to reception operations.
• Carry out other reasonable duties asked by the Front Office Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• Effective communication in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness and flexibility to work shifts (day, afternoon and night).
• Well-groomed appearance in line with hotel standards.
• Independent and proactive approach.
• Legal authorization to work in Spain.

Required skills

• Hotel management systems such as HMS, Opera, Fidelio or similar PMS.
• Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
