Frontend Developer (React/Next.js)

About the role

Take your career to the next level as a Frontend Developer at Amaris Consulting. You will join an international, hybrid agile hub in the heart of Barcelona, working on scalable, user‑centric web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build and maintain high‑performance frontend applications using React and Next.js.
• Own tasks from conception to deployment, ensuring proactive problem‑solving.
• Collaborate autonomously with designers, backend developers and product stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Drive frontend best practices, code quality, responsiveness and accessibility across devices.
• Optimize web platforms for speed and scale, especially within e‑commerce flows.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly in English and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of proven experience building scalable web applications.
• Strong background in frontend development and modern JavaScript ecosystems.
• Hands‑on expertise with React and Next.js.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with distributed colleagues.
