About the role
Santander Auto Software is seeking a remote Frontend Engineer to develop and evolve a cloud‑native, AWS‑based platform using modern React technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the frontend architecture.
- Monitor and improve frontend performance.
- Review application requirements and interface designs.
- Design and deliver functional software from scratch.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, test and deliver new features.
- Maintain and improve systems and codebase, including bug fixing.
- Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies.
Required profile
- Sustained professional experience in frontend development with React.js.
- Production deployment experience on AWS.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and HTML.
- Experience working in an Agile environment with a DevOps mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
