Full Stack Software Development Engineer PHP/React

About the role

Launchmetrics is seeking a Full Stack Software Development Engineer to join the Samples and Events domain, building operational platforms that support fashion launches and live events. The position can be fully remote or hybrid, and candidates must reside in Spain, Italy, France, or Romania.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using PHP, MySQL, and the Laravel framework.
• Create and enhance front‑end components and features with React.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform under real‑world pressure.
• Work within a small pod (1‑4 members) that owns end‑to‑end missions, from scoping to production monitoring.
• Integrate with enterprise client systems and support new event types such as store openings and exclusive gatherings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack development, delivering production‑ready code.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a pod‑based, agile environment.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to code quality.
• Fluent English communication skills.
