About the role
Reporting to the VP of Engineering and based in Palma de Mallorca, you will join Taptap’s Product & Engineering team to design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of a global advertising technology platform used by thousands of users worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS/Express.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver user‑centric solutions.
- Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies (Scrum, sprint planning) and use Jira for task tracking.
Required profile
- Professional degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Strong command of English (C1 level) and ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
Required skills
- JavaScript and TypeScript
- ReactJS (functional components, hooks, Redux)
- NodeJS and/or Python
- REST API design and consumption
- SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Aurora)
- NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch)
- Agile methodologies (Scrum) and Jira
