Full Stack Software Engineer (React & Node.js)

About the role

Launchmetrics is seeking a Full Stack Software Development Engineer to join the Discover product team. You will help brands monitor, analyse and benchmark their performance across media, influencers and more, while contributing to AI‑driven analytics features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship new features from architecture to production, using modern technologies.
• Maintain and improve existing functionality, fix defects and continuously refactor the codebase.
• Serve as the frontend expert, guiding the pod on React and Redux best practices.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate Node.js services and support AI‑led analytics.
• Participate in the pod model, owning end‑to‑end delivery of mission‑critical components.

Required profile

• Proven experience building modern web applications in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously within a remote or hybrid setting.
• Legal right to work in Spain or Italy.
