German-Speaking Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Join a leading global customer experience provider as an Inside Sales Representative for a premium automotive brand. You will engage high‑end clientele, follow up on interested prospects, and help drive sales of luxury automotive products.

Key responsibilities

• Make follow‑up calls with prospects who have shown interest in premium automotive offerings.
• Provide exceptional service, reinforce brand value, and address pricing or preference questions.
• Document all customer interactions and ensure they meet the brand’s quality standards.
• Support retail teams by gathering insights and summarising key information from calls.
• Manage both follow‑up and offer‑related calls, maintaining consistency throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers about the brand’s premium portfolio and propose tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Bilingual or proficient in French and English.
• High school diploma; background in business, communications or automotive studies is preferred.
• Experience in customer service or sales, ideally within automotive or luxury sectors.
• Strong communication skills with executive‑level or high‑end clientele.
• Interest in the automotive industry and premium products.
• Professional approach to handling pricing and offers.
• Comfort with following detailed call scripts and completing post‑interaction reports.
