About the role

Acciona is seeking a Purchasing Officer to support its Facility Services and Urban Services business from its headquarters in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid. The role ensures the provision of goods and services under transparent, fair, and commercially optimal conditions, aligned with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic tenders, maintain agreements, and monitor correct usage of contracts.
• Support offer requests and supplier tenders, and handle general purchase orders.
• Onboard new suppliers, guide them through registration in Procur‑e and the homologation process.
• Ensure users understand and follow purchasing policies, procedures, and framework agreements.
• Provide training to technical staff on user purchases, framework agreements, order receipt, and supplier evaluation.
• Monitor proper use of purchasing channels, article groups, and compliance with risk‑related subcontractor requirements.
• Channel incidents and improvements in framework agreements to the Category Manager.
• Detect low‑value orders from non‑approved suppliers and redirect them to agreed suppliers.
• Handle tool incidents, escalating to the Purchasing Director when necessary.
• Manage user access in purchasing systems, approval flows, and minimize SAP Ariba incidents.

Required profile

• Vocational training (FP) in Administration and Finance or a similar field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a comparable purchasing or procurement role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP Ariba procurement platform.
• Experience using the Procur‑e supplier registration system.
