Global Event Producer

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an experienced, strategic and hands-on Global Expansion Producer to lead the production rollout of its Strategic Scalable Initiatives (SSI) across international markets. Working globally rather than within a single region, you will partner with IP Owners, Business teams, Project Managers and Local Producers to turn successful productions into scalable, expansion-ready experiences, while keeping production standards high and building the systems that let experiences grow efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the production workstream for global expansion, delivering new market launches on time and to Fever's quality standards
• Assess production feasibility for regions, venues and market opportunities, and adapt experiences to local regulations, culture, logistics and technical needs
• Build and manage production timelines, critical paths and launch readiness across multiple simultaneous projects
• Develop scalable playbooks, production guides, templates, cue sheets and operational documentation, and standardise processes across markets
• Set up governance, reporting and escalation processes, and capture learnings to continuously improve production methods
• Support Local Producers with workshops, training and operational reviews, and give hands-on help during critical launches
• Benchmark production costs, support vendor sourcing and procurement, and partner with Business and Project Management teams on venue negotiations and business cases
• Communicate priorities, risks and progress to senior stakeholders and drive accountability through clear planning and ownership frameworks
• Monitor operational performance, audience feedback and production KPIs to strengthen each launch and the long-term scalability of the IP

Required profile

• 5+ years producing live events, immersive experiences or touring productions across multiple cities or markets
• Proven experience managing complex productions with third-party vendors, freelancers and contractors
• Experience evaluating venues and production feasibility for new markets
• Ability to manage multiple launches at once, influence stakeholders across regions and cultures, and balance strategy with hands-on execution

Required skills

• Production budgeting, permitting, Health & Safety and operational compliance
• Project management and stakeholder management across cultures and time zones
• Building operational playbooks, SOPs and production documentation
• Identifying operational improvements and delivering measurable efficiency gains
• Preferred: experience scaling recurring live experiences internationally, and knowledge of scenic fabrication, lighting, sound, costume and/or technical production
