Global IT Process Owner – HRIS & Time Management

About the role

As the Global IT Process Owner for HRIS and Time Management systems, you will act as the application manager and solution architect for a worldwide HRIS landscape supporting the coatings business. You will design, develop, and implement a greenfield HRIS solution that meets business objectives and complies with legal and internal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a global IT landscape for Human Resources, focusing on Time Management systems.
• Lead the implementation of a new HRIS platform, coordinating with the European HR department.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage relationships with technical implementation partners and independently drive roll‑outs and projects.
• Provide consultancy to internal partners to ensure a lean, innovative IT setup.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field with an IT/HR focus.
• Solid knowledge of HR IT landscapes and processes, preferably with ADP Workforce Management or SAP SuccessFactors Time Off.
• Proven project‑management experience in HR‑related IT projects.
• Several years of experience leading IT initiatives in an HR context.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.
