Global IT Process Owner – HRIS (Time Management)

About the role

As the Global IT Process Owner for HRIS with a focus on Time Management systems, you will lead the design, development and implementation of a worldwide HR technology landscape. You will work closely with the EC HR department to ensure the solution meets business objectives and complies with legal and internal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and roll out a greenfield global HRIS solution, including Time Management modules.
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations in collaboration with the EC HR department.
• Understand and integrate related systems such as HCM and Payroll.
• Translate business requirements from internal stakeholders into clear IT specifications.
• Collaborate with technical implementation partners and independently lead roll‑outs and project delivery.
• Provide consultancy to internal partners to create a lean, innovative IT set‑up.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HRIS process ownership and solution architecture on a global scale.
• Strong ability to work with internal stakeholders and translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Experience leading complex IT projects and roll‑outs.
• Knowledge of European HR regulations and compliance requirements.
