Graduate Data Analyst

About the role

Tech Pipeline is looking for a Graduate Data Analyst to help a fast‑growing Central European partner untangle data flows and eliminate operational friction. The role combines on‑site collaboration with remote analysis of database schemas, system logs and workflow tools.

Key responsibilities

• Read system logs to trace where data transfers fail between core business platforms.
• Write SQL queries to reconcile data and identify drift.
• Inspect routing rules in workflow tools to spot stuck approval steps.
• Document current operational flows and create clear, step‑by‑step procedures.
• Verify weekly backlogs and clean up mismatched records alongside software specialists.
• Monitor live transaction data during the first month of new system roll‑outs to ensure fixes stick.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of databases and ability to write simple SQL queries.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail when reviewing raw data and logs.
• Clear written and verbal communication to explain technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Practical problem‑solving attitude focused on fixing issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing independent remote work with in‑office collaboration.
• Willingness to quickly learn new software platforms from documentation.
• Prior exposure to database management or ERP tools and experience in support, DBA or operations roles is a plus.
• University degree in data science, computer science, business systems or equivalent practical training.
