About the role

Essity Hygiene and Health is looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer to join its Global Manufacturing organization in Valls, Spain. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop hands‑on production expertise while contributing to the company’s mission of improving health and hygiene worldwide.

Key responsibilities

Develop production skills, learn troubleshooting techniques and gain expert knowledge of the product supply chain.
Support experienced colleagues in daily operational tasks.
Drive projects aimed at improving product supply and manufacturing efficiency.
Perform standard technical tasks and prepare standard operating procedures.
Monitor production processes, collect and analyse data to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

Recent graduate with an engineering degree (mechanical, industrial, chemical or related).
Ambitious, proactive and eager to work in a fast‑paced, global manufacturing environment.
Willingness to work onsite in Valls, Spain.
