Graduate Partnership Customer Experience Associate

About the role

This graduate position supports the execution of global customer‑facing events linked to HP's sport sponsorships with Real Madrid and Scuderia Ferrari. You will assist with administrative tasks, budget tracking, and logistics while gaining exposure to marketing and customer experience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering B2B events, hospitality experiences, and limited‑scale trade shows.
• Provide administrative support to attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors, handling inquiries and information requests.
• Help manage event budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate logistics with vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring all equipment and services are delivered on time.
• Maintain event databases, contact lists, registration records, and update marketing management systems.
• Support social media updates, email campaigns, and website content related to in‑person and virtual events.
• Collect post‑event data, compile attendee feedback, and assist in preparing performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and produce standardized reports for priority projects.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Internship experience in event management, marketing, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication, learning agility, and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
