Graphic Designer – Europe Regional Creative Hub (Remote)

About the role

Nord Anglia Education is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its Europe Regional Creative Hub. Working remotely across Europe, you will help shape visual content that supports marketing campaigns for a network of premium schools.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for social media, paid digital, web, print and offline campaigns.
• Translate creative concepts into polished outputs for multiple markets and audiences.
• Create and adapt social media and advertising creatives.
• Develop scalable visual systems and templates for use across schools.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Video Editor to bring ideas to life.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines across different schools and projects.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in graphic design or visual content creation.
• Strong eye for design, layout and visual storytelling.
• Good understanding of social media content and digital formats.
• Ability to balance creative quality with speed and efficiency.
• Comfortable working across multiple brands and adapting visual styles.
• Proficient in English with solid communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, collaborative and adaptable to shifting priorities.
