Graphic Designer

About the role

Restaurant Holdings Limited is seeking a full‑time Graphic Designer to support visual communications for its portfolio of quick‑service restaurant brands. Based on‑site in Port of Spain, the role will create and adapt graphics for both digital and print channels, ensuring brand consistency across menus, signage, social media, and promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute design layouts for a variety of marketing materials.
• Develop brand‑aligned visual assets for digital and print use.
• Prepare production‑ready files in collaboration with marketing and operations teams.
• Refine design concepts based on stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials and campaigns.
• Contribute creative ideas for new product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely, on‑brand, high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design and graphics skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Logo design and branding expertise.
• Typography skills and solid understanding of layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience producing designs for digital and print channels, including social media and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective collaboration and communication abilities.
• Relevant qualification such as a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (beneficial).
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or quick‑service restaurant environments (beneficial).
