Group Controller (International)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑driven Group Controller to oversee financial controls, group consolidation, and forecasting across our international subsidiaries. The role is pivotal in ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing processes, and providing clear financial visibility for the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial aspects of new projects and periodic group projections.
• Maintain compliance with transfer pricing regulations and manage the Group’s transfer pricing manual.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of the Group’s business plan.
• Assist in monthly production cost and inventory valuation projections.
• Lead the Group’s monthly accounting consolidation process.
• Prepare and submit financial information to external regulators, including the Spanish Tax Agency and the Bank of Spain.
• Collaborate with finance teams to provide analytical and reporting support.
• Contribute to process optimisation and strategic finance projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing finance control role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, deadline‑oriented approach.
• Professional level English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for global stakeholder collaboration.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using an ERP system.
