Group NWC & Cash Flow Controller

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Group NWC & Cash Flow Controller to join our Finance team in Barcelona. You will provide accurate analysis of net working capital and cash flow, translating financial movements into clear business insights that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse Group net working capital, explaining key movements versus prior periods, budget and forecast.
• Deep‑dive into receivables, payables, inventory and operational drivers to identify risks, anomalies and cash‑generation opportunities.
• Prepare and review Group cash flow forecasts, linking EBITDA, working capital, CapEx and other cash drivers.
• Deliver regular NWC and cash flow performance reports, analyse variances and support management presentations.
• Drive process improvements, standardise definitions and methodologies, and lead automation initiatives for cash flow visibility.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling and Operations to strengthen cash culture.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in audit or finance with exposure to balance‑sheet analysis, cash flow and working‑capital management.
• Strong understanding of balance‑sheet mechanics and ability to connect financial performance to business activities.
• High analytical rigor, attention to detail and a proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar ERP) and reporting tools.
