Growth Strategy Manager - India Market

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Growth Strategy Manager to help shape its expansion in India. The role owns the growth roadmap for the India market, working at the intersection of data, marketing and business development to define the business model and partner portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners in India, driving projects with impact on product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
• Act as lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners, using Fever's data and technology to help them grow.
• Turn complex data into actionable business cases and take accountability for key metrics such as CAC, LTV and ROI.
• Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows so operations stay lean as the business scales.
• Work with regional stakeholders such as country and regional general managers to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs.

Required profile

• At least 4-6 years of experience in an analytical business role, with a track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics or Strategy.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.

Required skills

• Analytical skills: using data to make strategic decisions and tell convincing stories to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and disciplines.
• Proactive problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R is preferred.
