Guest Relations Agent

About the role

The Guest Relations Agent will be the primary point of contact for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton Abama Resort, delivering personalized luxury service and ensuring every stay feels welcoming and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, creating lasting first impressions.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, handling special requests and occasions.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Provide accurate information on resort facilities, dining venues, activities, transportation and local attractions.
• Follow up on guest requests and service recovery actions to guarantee satisfaction.
• Support VIP arrivals, long‑stay guests and special events with tailored attention.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest profiles and preferences for future visits.
