Guest Services Assistant – Hotel Porter

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Guest Services Assistant to join our team at Botones Hotel – Santa Catalina, a Royal Hideaway Hotel. In this onsite role you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival.
• Transport luggage to the reception desk and guest rooms.
• Park guests' vehicles safely.
• Provide information on local attractions and tourist sites.
• Assist with ticket, taxi, and restaurant reservation services.
• Inform guests about hotel facilities and services.
• Accompany guests to their rooms and explain lighting and other in‑room features.
• Deliver newspapers and food orders to rooms.
• Conduct regular security rounds.
• Distribute mail throughout the hotel.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Tourism Accommodations or a related field.
• No prior experience required.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of office software and hospitality operations is valued.
• Active, energetic personality with strong communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset.
