Head of Brand

About the role

Click&Boat is seeking a Head of Brand & Content to lead its brand function from the Barcelona office. Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape the brand strategy, drive 360° activations and collaborate closely with SEO, product, operations and performance marketing to grow unpaid demand across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a long‑term brand roadmap that builds top‑of‑mind awareness and trust for boat rentals.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of seven (permanent staff and interns) covering digital campaigns, partnerships, social, influence, PR and content.
• Manage an annual budget for campaigns, production, selective media, PR, partnerships and research.
• Orchestrate flagship initiatives and 360° activations across digital, field, PR and brand partnerships.
• Align content strategy (social, blog/SEO) with overall brand goals and collaborate with product, SEO and CRM teams.
• Partner with SEO on editorial priorities while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in consumer brand, content or integrated marketing, preferably in a digital marketplace, travel, e‑commerce or consumer technology business.
• Proven track record of building or scaling a consumer brand across multiple geographies.
• Demonstrated ability to translate brand strategy into a distinctive creative platform, campaigns and always‑on content.
• Evidence that previous work influenced customer acquisition, direct demand, conversion or market share.
