Head of Customer Success & Support

About the role

Tinybird is looking for a senior leader to head its Customer Success and Support organization. You will shape the end‑to‑end journey for prospects and customers, from technical evaluation through onboarding, adoption, and expansion, while leveraging data and AI to make the function more proactive and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Customer Success and Support teams.
• Own the PoC process, turning proofs of concept into signed deals and driving renewals and expansions.
• Design and implement processes for onboarding, adoption tracking, health monitoring, escalations and renewals, using AI where possible.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to surface customer feedback and influence roadmap.
• Identify and mitigate risk, ensuring smooth hand‑offs from Sales to Success.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Customer Success or Support teams in a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical depth with the ability to understand and guide solutions for developers, data engineers and technical leaders.
• Track record of driving revenue growth through renewals and expansions.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
