Head of Digital Workplace & Employee Experience

About the role

LOEWE is seeking a senior leader to shape and deliver its global Digital Workplace and Employee Experience strategy. You will create a seamless, engaging technology environment that supports collaboration, productivity, and creativity across corporate, retail, and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive a Digital Workplace strategy aligned with business priorities and employee needs.
• Lead and develop a global team responsible for workplace services, user support, collaboration tools, and overall employee technology experience.
• Continuously improve the digital experience by promoting user‑centric solutions and new ways of working.
• Oversee reliable, efficient, and scalable delivery of workplace services across all regions.
• Drive adoption and optimisation of productivity and collaboration tools throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Lead workplace transformation and innovation initiatives to enhance services, processes, and employee satisfaction.
• Manage technology partners and vendors to ensure high service quality and business value.
• Monitor performance, service quality, and employee feedback, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading Digital Workplace, End‑User Services, Employee Experience or IT Service Delivery in an international environment.
• Proven ability to manage and develop global teams and drive large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with the capacity to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, building trusted relationships at all organisational levels.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on approach to execution and problem‑solving.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
