Head of Finance & Operations

About the role

Inspekt AI is building autonomous drone‑based digital twins for infrastructure inspection. As the first dedicated finance and operations leader, you will design and run the financial engine and operational backbone that enable the company’s rapid global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month‑end close, produce monthly reporting packs and board‑level financial statements.
• Own weekly cash‑flow forecasting, treasury and runway modelling to optimise capital allocation.
• Partner with the CEO to create the annual operating plan, departmental budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Define, track and report SaaS‑related unit economics such as ARR, gross margin, churn, CAC payback and per‑drone inspection profitability.
• Prepare and maintain the investor data room for upcoming fundraising rounds.
• Oversee global audit, tax and statutory compliance, coordinating with local accounting and legal partners.
• Run global payroll, optimise contractor structures, manage vendor relationships and corporate insurance.
• Design and implement scalable internal tools, workflows and policies for a distributed international team.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in audit, transaction services, corporate finance or business operations, preferably at a Big 4 or high‑growth tech company.
• Formal accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA or CPA is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build dynamic financial models from scratch.
• Comfortable being the sole custodian of data integrity and driving process improvements.
