About the role

Join JC Brand SL in Madrid as the Head of Heavy Woven Women, leading the development and execution of the category strategy for one of the core private‑label lines. You will shape the seasonal and long‑term buying plans, align commercial objectives with market trends, and drive profitable growth within a dynamic fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement seasonal and long‑term buying strategies for the Heavy Woven Women category.
• Create compelling assortments that balance consumer demand, emerging trends, brand positioning, and financial performance.
• Act as the central connector across Design, Buying, Technical Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiate costs, margins, quality standards, and delivery terms.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and market trends to make data‑driven buying decisions and optimise stock levels.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Buyers, Designers, and Technical Engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising or a related field.
• Significant experience in buying, category management or commercial leadership within the Heavy Woven Women segment.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable growth and managing complex supplier negotiations.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market opportunities into successful business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
