About the role

The Head of New Business & Growth will lead GUT’s Marketing Services division in generating sustainable revenue by identifying, developing and converting opportunities with existing and prospective clients. This senior position blends creativity, data, technology and AI to craft high‑impact solutions that drive cultural relevance and business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across multiple markets.
• Design and execute prospecting and demand‑generation strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers at current and potential client organisations.
• Lead multidisciplinary proposal creation, coordinating internal teams to deliver differentiated, results‑oriented solutions.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting and opportunity tracking to ensure commercial consistency.
• Develop and present commercial narratives, business cases and executive presentations.
• Drive cross‑selling, upselling and portfolio expansion within existing accounts.
• Create commercial assets such as case studies, playbooks and sales accelerators.
• Leverage AI to improve proposal quality and commercial productivity.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in business development or growth functions.
• Track record of winning high‑value contracts and managing strategic client relationships.
• Ability to orchestrate multidisciplinary teams and align them around client‑centric solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pipeline management and forecasting.
