Head of New Ventures

About the role

EnovaGrupo is launching a Tech Division to create and scale companies at the intersection of technology, financial services, and real assets. We are seeking a Head of New Ventures who will partner directly with the founder to discover, validate, and launch high‑impact ventures.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and evaluate new venture opportunities aligned with the group’s strategic focus.
• Lead customer and market discovery to uncover pain points and rapidly test hypotheses.
• Design business models, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies for each venture.
• Recruit, build and lead high‑performing founding teams.
• Launch ventures from concept to first traction, overseeing early‑stage growth.

Required profile

• Former founder or early‑stage employee in a startup or scale‑up.
• Proven track record of building businesses from 0 to 1.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Entrepreneurial resilience, resourcefulness and comfort with uncertainty.
• Commercial acumen to attract talent, align stakeholders and champion a vision.
