Head of Office Principal Delivery - Madrid

About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Head of Office Principal Delivery to lead a high-performing business delivering workplace transformation projects across Spain. It is a strategic leadership opportunity combining commercial acumen, operational excellence and people leadership, covering a high fee-revenue business of office fit-out projects, mainly under a Design & Build model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a nationally recognised office fit-out delivery business across Spain.
• Drive business development, expand client relationships and win new projects.
• Provide leadership to a team of senior professionals and project delivery experts, fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation and growth.
• Oversee project delivery performance, profitability, client satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage business strategy, technical management and turnkey projects from preliminary design through to final handover of fit-out projects in industrial units and logistics complexes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience delivering office fit-out projects, ideally in a Design & Build environment.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale project delivery.
• Strong business development mindset and proven ability to win work.
• Exceptional leadership skills and ability to preserve a high-performance culture.
• Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering or a related construction discipline.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
