Head of Sales - Getnet Platforms

About the role

The Head of Sales will lead the expansion of Getnet Platforms into the open market, defining go‑to‑market strategy, building a scalable sales organisation and driving revenue growth across Europe, LATAM and the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for SaaS and payment‑infrastructure solutions.
• Build and scale the open‑market sales motion across multiple regions.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and develop executive‑level relationships with banks, PSPs, fintechs and regulated financial institutions.
• Establish strategic alliances with technology providers, payment networks and consulting firms.
• Build, coach and lead an international sales team while collaborating with product, technology, marketing and operations.

Required profile

• 12+ years senior commercial leadership experience in payments, fintech, banking technology or SaaS platforms.
• Proven track record of building and scaling new revenue streams and exceeding multi‑million‑euro sales targets.
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, schemes, regulatory frameworks and emerging technologies.
• Experience operating across multiple European markets and international environments.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
