Head of SDR – Europe & North America

About the role

We are looking for our first Head of SDR to join Naboo in Barcelona and take full ownership of the outbound engine across Europe and North America. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will lead a multilingual SDR organization, shaping strategy, pipeline quality and cross‑functional alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop SDR Team Leads, setting standards for recruitment, ramp‑up and performance across France, the UK, DACH and North America.
• Define and continuously evolve the outbound strategy, including segmentation, targeting, sequences, talk tracks and qualification criteria.
• Own pipeline quality, overseeing the full SQL → opportunity → closed‑won chain and optimizing for qualified pipeline rather than vanity metrics.
• Establish a shared definition of a qualified lead with Account Executives, manage a clean hand‑off, and implement closed‑loop feedback.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure sourced customers fit the ideal ICP and to use CS signals for sharper targeting.
• Plan headcount, hiring, ramp and tooling budgets, scaling the SDR organization responsibly as the company grows.
• Report performance dashboards and insights to the VP of Marketing and the executive committee.
• Design clear career paths from SDR to Senior SDR, Team Lead and Account Executive.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or events technology.
• Several years of people‑management experience, including direct management of managers or Team Leads.
• Proven ability to build or scale an SDR function across multiple markets.
• Strong commercial acumen and the capacity to align outbound efforts with broader demand‑generation and messaging strategies.
• Fluent in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
