Health & Safety Analyst (Barcelona)

About the role

Glovo is looking for a Health & Safety Analyst to join its People team at the Barcelona headquarters. You will ensure compliance with Spanish occupational health and safety legislation while supporting a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and control all health and safety matters in line with Spanish law.
• Design and implement technical and organisational measures to mitigate identified risks.
• Conduct internal audits across all workplaces and manage labour inspections.
• Investigate occupational accidents and manage the distribution of PPE.
• Create emergency plans, organise drills and deliver H&S training.
• Coordinate health surveillance, business activities (CAE) and external providers.
• Collaborate with international teams on H&S topics when needed.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Labor Risk Prevention (Spanish regulation, three specialities).
• Previous experience handling health and safety responsibilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving startup and work with all management levels.
• Organised, proactive, hands‑on mindset with strong communication skills.
