Hebrew Content Moderator – Barcelona

About the role

We are looking for a fluent Hebrew speaker to join our Barcelona team as a Content Moderator. You will help maintain a safe and respectful online community by reviewing user‑generated content and ensuring it complies with our guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review and moderate user‑generated content according to established policies.
• Identify, report, and escalate emerging trends or issues.
• Stay current with platform policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve content‑related problems efficiently.
• Contribute to the creation and revision of content policies.
• Document moderation actions and outcomes in management systems.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve user experience and platform safety.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Hebrew with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive material professionally.
• Independent work style with efficient time management in a fast‑paced environment.
• High discretion and confidentiality.
• Comfortable using various computer systems and familiar with social media platforms.
