Help Desk Agent – German Market (Leasing)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Help Desk Agent to support our German‑market leasing customers. Based in Barcelona, you will join Bosch Service Solutions and provide first‑line assistance for product enquiries, orders and technical issues. No extensive experience is required – we will equip you with comprehensive training in English.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with German‑speaking customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound contacts via phone, email or chat, processing orders and providing product information.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, troubleshoot issues and keep customers informed about resolution times.
• Advise customers on the appropriate leasing products and promote loyalty.
• Identify gaps in service and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for technology and the automotive sector.
• Eagerness to learn and deliver high‑quality support.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service environment is a plus.
• Strong multitasking ability and a structured, problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are beneficial.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
