Home & Living Key Account Manager – TikTok Shop

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially driven Key Account Manager to acquire and grow the most important Home and Living brands on TikTok Shop across Spain and the EU. You will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting C‑suite stakeholders to activating accounts through content, creator, and campaign initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, pitch and sign strategic Home and Living brands that drive category GMV.
• Lead the full commercial closing process, including term‑sheet negotiation, onboarding and the first 90 days of activation.
• Engage senior stakeholders (Heads of E‑Commerce, Digital Directors, Country GMs, DTC leads) and position TikTok Shop as a must‑win channel.
• Navigate multi‑market brand organisations, aligning regional teams and EU headquarters around a single partnership vision.
• Develop tailored acquisition pitches with category analysis, opportunity sizing and joint business plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams (category, campaigns, creator, operations, logistics, product, policy) to remove friction and accelerate time‑to‑first‑sale.
• Drive participation in major commercial moments such as product launches, seasonal campaigns and shopping events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in major account acquisition and management within e‑commerce or digital advertising.
• Comfortable engaging C‑suite and director‑level stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of closing high‑value deals.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while coordinating cross‑functional teams.
