Hospitality & Green Room Assistant

About the role

Fever is looking for a Hospitality & Green Room Assistant to provide operational support for hospitality areas, dressing rooms, and green rooms during live events. You will ensure that guests, artists, drivers, ambassadors, speakers and participants have the spaces, services and information they need throughout the event.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, artists and participants upon arrival at their designated areas.
• Support the setup, organization and maintenance of dressing rooms, green rooms and hospitality spaces.
• Monitor beverage, snack, catering and support material availability and report replenishment needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, order and professional presentation standards across backstage and hospitality areas.
• Assist in locating and escorting participants when requested by Production or Stage Management.
• Respond to basic inquiries from guests and participants, escalating issues when necessary.
• Support access‑control procedures and ensure proper use of assigned spaces.
• Collaborate with Production, Hospitality and Stage Management teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Perform general logistical and operational support tasks as required by event needs.
