Hospitality Loyalty Application Support Specialist

About the role

Join the International Global Hospitality IT Support team to provide first‑line assistance for the Radisson Rewards loyalty platform. You will act as the bridge between hotel teams and back‑office technology, ensuring smooth operation of the reservation and loyalty systems.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve application errors and support requests from hotel users.
• Manage tickets in ServiceNow and escalate to technical teams when needed.
• Perform configuration changes and address training issues.
• Maintain availability, accuracy, and performance of the reservation platform supporting hotel distribution and loyalty programs.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with hotel staff and Loyalty teams.

Required profile

• Background in hotel operations such as Reservations, Loyalty programs, or Customer Care.
• Tech‑savvy with a strong focus on hospitality processes.
• Ability to communicate fluently in French and English.
• Experience working with ITIL‑based support processes.

Required skills

• ServiceNow ticketing system.
• SAP TMSForHotels (EMMA) application knowledge.
• ITIL service management practices.
