Hotel Housekeeper (Room Attendant)

About the role
Join Barceló Group, a leading international hotel operator, as a Housekeeper in Huelva. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cleaning materials, products, and equipment for each shift.
- Clean and arrange guest rooms and common areas, checking the condition of furniture and installations.
- Make beds, ventilate rooms, replenish linens, toiletries, minibar items, and report any damages.
- Attend to guest requests, handle lost‑and‑found items, and follow established protocols for complaints.
- Collect used linens, send them to laundry, and restock supplies as needed.
Required profile
- Basic education (ESO or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
- Customer‑oriented attitude, teamwork, and a strong sense of order and quality.
- Motivation, responsibility, and good organizational skills.
