Hotel Maintenance Officer (Málaga)

About the role

We are looking for a Hotel Maintenance Officer to join the Barceló Hotel in Málaga. The successful candidate will ensure that all hotel installations and equipment operate safely and efficiently, supporting the comfort of our guests and the performance of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and verify the proper functioning of all hotel installations, machinery and technical systems.
• Ensure that equipment is used correctly and that preventive and corrective maintenance is performed to the highest standards.
• Follow the directives of supervisors and adhere to the company’s quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Medium‑level technical training in Maintenance (Ciclo Formativo Medio).
• At least 2 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance within a hotel environment.
• Training in legionella control and pool maintenance is a plus.
• Valid driving licence (category B) and own vehicle.
• Strong teamwork, communication and analytical abilities.
