About the role

Join Barceló Hotel Group for a hands‑on internship in La Nucia, where you will rotate through key hotel departments and gain practical experience in hospitality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily tasks across floors, reception, restaurant, bars, kitchen, and maintenance.
• Support guest experience initiatives and commercial & events activities.
• Participate in reservations, revenue management, and economato‑administration duties.
• Carry out functions related to ongoing or completed studies as required.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a vocational training program, bachelor’s degree or master’s program relevant to hospitality.
• Ability to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution.
• Any additional requirements specific to the chosen department.
