Hotel Receptionist – Menorca

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Hotel Receptionist to join the Barceló Nura team in Menorca. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, welcoming guests and handling departures.
• Provide personal and telephone customer service throughout the stay.
• Perform concierge duties, including luggage handling and guest requests.
• Review and confirm reservations, and conduct night‑audit tasks.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Reception Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, a Master’s in Marketing or a related field, with specific training in tourism quality.
• At least 2 years of customer‑service experience in the hotel sector.
• High level of English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards.
