Hotel Receptionist – Murcia

About the role

Join the Barceló Hotel Group as a Receptionist at the Siete Coronas property in Murcia. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, welcoming guests and handling departures.
• Provide in‑person and telephone customer service throughout the stay.
• Perform concierge and luggage‑storage services.
• Verify reservations and conduct nightly audits.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Reception Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, a Master in Marketing, or a related field with specific tourism‑quality training.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service and quality within the hotel sector.
• High level of English; other languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of office automation, hospitality operations, CRM systems, and ISO regulations is valued.
