Hotel Receptionist – Occidental Ibiza

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join the team at Occidental Ibiza. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage check‑in and welcome procedures for arriving guests.
• Handle check‑out and farewell processes efficiently.
• Provide in‑person and telephone customer service throughout the stay.
• Perform concierge duties, including luggage handling and guest assistance.
• Review and confirm reservations and conduct night‑audit tasks.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Reception Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, a Master’s in Marketing or a related field, with specific training in tourism quality.
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service and quality assurance within the hotel sector.
• High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of office software, hospitality operations, CRM systems and ISO standards is valued.
