Housekeeping Attendant (Camarera de pisos)

About the role

Barceló Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and readiness of guest rooms and public areas at its Cádiz property. You will follow established procedures to maintain high hygiene standards and support guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cleaning materials, products, and equipment for daily tasks.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms and common areas, checking the condition of furniture and installations.
• Make beds, ventilate rooms, replenish linens, toiletries, minibar items, and report any damages.
• Assist guests during their stay, handle lost‑and‑found items, and address complaints according to protocol.
• Collect used linens, send them to laundry, and restock supplies as needed.

Required profile

• Basic education (ESO or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with strong teamwork skills.
• Motivation, responsibility, and good organizational habits.
