HR Business Partner – Iberia

About the role

As an HR Business Partner for Iberia, you will work closely with managers and leaders across Spain and Portugal to translate business priorities into effective people solutions. You will help build engaged, high‑performing teams while supporting the continued growth of Henry Schein’s Iberian operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with managers and business leaders across Iberia, providing practical HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Understand business priorities and design people initiatives that drive performance and growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping managers navigate day‑to‑day people challenges.
• Support organisational design, workforce planning, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Identify development opportunities and partner on learning initiatives to help employees reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire and onboard top talent.
• Partner with Labour Relations on employee relations and performance management matters.
• Support annual HR processes such as performance reviews, salary reviews and talent discussions.
• Champion Henry Schein values and foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture.
• Use HR data and insights to identify trends, recommend improvements and participate in regional HR projects.
