HR Business Partner Internship – Illescas (Airbus Discover II)

About the role

Join Airbus through the Discover II graduate program and work as an HR Business Partner intern at the Illescas plant. This 11‑month, full‑time internship combines academic study with practical experience in a leading aeronautical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR Business Partner team across production and non‑production functions (WLC CDT, Legacy, S19, MDCD CDT, ME, P&I, VSM, Procurement, Quality).
• Assist in the preparation, release, and analysis of HR metrics and reports for management.
• Contribute to the standardisation and implementation of HR processes.
• Provide HR services to assigned business units and support employee development initiatives.
• Advise managers on people‑related matters and ensure compliance with HR policies, E&C standards, and national labour regulations.

Required profile

• University degree or Master’s studies in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Fluent English (negotiation level) and Spanish (negotiation level).
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in complex, international environments.

Required skills

• High proficiency with the Google Suite package.
